We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization details, account details, donor details, donation records, support messages, and information submitted when you create an account, give to an organization, or contact support.
Organizer services may collect nonprofit setup information, giving categories, tax documentation status, payment processor configuration status, accounting connection status, transaction records, refund records, and related operational information needed to provide the service.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide online giving pages, donor accounts, organizer accounts, receipts, recurring gifts, and annual giving reports
- Authenticate users and protect account access
- Send transactional account email and SMS messages requested by users or required by the service
- Process donations through the payment provider configured by each organization
- Sync donation and refund records to connected accounting systems when an organizer enables that integration
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests
- Maintain, debug, secure, and improve KingdomGive
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
3. Payment and Accounting Providers
KingdomGive may connect to payment processors such as Stripe or Square when an organization configures those services. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment processor and are not stored directly by KingdomGive.
When an organization connects QuickBooks Online or another accounting service, KingdomGive may send donor, donation, receipt, refund, and related accounting records to that organization's connected account.
4. Transactional Email
We use email for first-party transactional messages only. Examples include account verification, secure sign-in, password reset, donation receipts, recurring gift notices, organizer setup notices, support replies, and security notifications.
We do not send cold outreach, purchased-list email, or unsolicited bulk marketing from KingdomGive.
5. SMS Messages
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, KingdomGive or the organization using KingdomGive may send account notices, donation confirmations, receipts, verification codes, support messages, and related service notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact support through the organization that sent the message.
No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Service Providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, storage, support, payment processing, accounting integrations, and security. These providers process information only as needed to operate and support KingdomGive.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect account, donor, organizer, support, and transaction information. No website or internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access and protect the data used by the service.
8. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting the organization you gave to or by contacting KingdomGive support through the account or organizer pages. For SMS messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
