These terms apply to KingdomGive websites, donation pages, donor accounts, organizer accounts, administrative tools, and related giving, receipt, support, payment, and accounting integration services. You agree to use the services lawfully and respectfully.
2. Organizations and Accounts
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their nonprofit details, giving page content, tax documentation, donation categories, payment processor setup, accounting integrations, and communications with donors.
Some features require an account or verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for contacting support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Donations and Payment Processing
Donations are processed through the payment provider configured by the receiving organization. KingdomGive provides the giving workflow, records, receipts, recurring gift setup, and reporting tools, but the payment processor handles card processing and related payment network requirements.
Refunds, recurring gift cancellation, charge handling, and accounting sync behavior depend on the payment provider and the receiving organization's configuration.
4. Donor Records and Reports
KingdomGive may provide donor access to giving history and annual giving summaries based on records available in the system. Organizations remain responsible for legal, accounting, and tax treatment of gifts and donor statements.
5. Communications
We send transactional email and SMS for account-related, donor-requested, organizer-requested, and service-required purposes, including account verification, secure sign-in, password reset, donation receipts, recurring gift notices, support responses, and security notifications.
We do not use these systems for cold outreach, purchased mailing lists, or unsolicited bulk marketing.
6. Content and Availability
We work to keep KingdomGive useful and available, but the services are provided as available. Features, payment providers, accounting integrations, and third-party services may change over time.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used. By using KingdomGive, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
